Cycling break in the Westhoek

Discover the beautiful countryside around Ypres by bike! Fancy tackling the hills towards Heuvelland? Or would you prefer to cycle along the water towards Diksmuide? The Peace Route or the Ypres Salient? You’ll set off from the centrally located Albion Hotel, where you can safely store your (rental) bike in the secure bike shed. After a breakfast featuring plenty of delicacies from the Westhoek, you’ll be ready to set off and explore the region!

When you return in the evening, enjoy a Wipers Times or a local juice in the bar. During your stay, take a seat for a three-course dinner at Depot, a hip and trendy restaurant within walking distance of the hotel where you can find absolutely everything.

Secure bicycle parking

Planning a cycling weekend? Great! We look forward to welcoming you. You can rest at ease here, knowing that your bike is also being looked after in the best possible conditions. At the Albion Hotel, you can store your bike safely and under cover in the secure garage. What’s more, you can charge your electric bike here. What if you have an unexpected breakdown? A fully equipped bike repair station is ready and waiting for you!

Check-in from 3 pm on. We welcome you every day until 10.30 pm. On Sundays, our family and team take it a bit easier. We’re happy to check you in until 8 pm.

Will you be arriving before 3 pm? You’re welcome to park your car in the car park. We’ll look after your luggage so you can start exploring Ypres straight away. Our reception team will be happy to give you all the tips and advice you need to make your stay in Ypres unforgettable!

Check-out is available until 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked as an extra option when you make your reservation.

A room can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
