Welcome to the Albion Hotel: the perfect location for your events, seminars, meetings and workshops in the heart of Ypres. Flexibility is our top priority. Whether you want to organise a multi-day programme or an evening event, we will be happy to work with you to make it happen. Where necessary, we call on our external partners.
Our spacious facilities consist of four rooms. The meeting room van Cleven, a versatile 200 m² room, as well as three smaller meeting rooms. You can book them together or separately, depending on your event.

At the Albion Hotel, you will find everything you need for a successful meeting. Our interactive display allows you to project and meet online with ease. Enjoy natural daylight, fast Wi-Fi, darken the room if you need to, and use our handy flipcharts. The Cleven room is equipped with a professional microphone and sound system. The large room is also freely accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
Our team is ready to fulfil your culinary wishes. You can choose from various catering options so that you can treat your guests to exactly what you had in mind.
You can also make use of our hotel's other facilities. These include our sunny outdoor terrace, where you can relax and unwind. Thanks to our private car park, you don't have to worry about where to park your car.
